Enhance Your Favorite Brew with Spice
Ever thought of adding spice to your favorite coffee? There are a few popular spices that cross geographic and cultural boundaries and are used with all roast styles. Examples include cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cloves and cayenne are offered in Indian restaurants – especially in dark-roasted coffee. Ginger and lavender work well in medium roast coffees from Central America. Even good old salt & pepper makes for an interesting espresso shot.
