We recommend storing coffee in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light, in its original packaging, or an airtight container.

The levels of moisture present in the refrigerator and freezer can greatly accelerate flavor loss. We don’t recommend storing beans in the refrigerator or freezer.

Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. But don’t worry—we’re here to help! If there was an error with your order, please contact us at grindroasters@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you were dissatisfied with your coffee, we will help you track down your soon-to-be favorites.

Individual Coffee Orders

For roasted coffee, you can expect orders placed via our online shop to be roasted and shipped within 3 business days, and for merchandise, your order will take 1-2 business days to process. From there your order will ship with FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Ground, both of which estimate 1-5 business days for shipping.

Coffee Subscriptions 

Your order will roast and ship on the first of the month. From there your order will ship with FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Ground, both of which estimate 1-5 business days for shipping.

Yes! We offer gift cards in both virtual and physical form. To purchase a gift card online, either for use in our Bluffton, SC location or our online shop, head to our MobileBytes App. In a few clicks, your recipient will be emailed a gift card. Physical gift cards are also available and can be purchased in our Bluffton, SC location. To have a physical gift card shipped to you or your recipient, reach out to us at grindcoffeeorders@gmail.com
