If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, you must:

  • Return item(s) in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Indicate reason for return

  • Provide adequate contact information


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


In lieu of a refund, you may instead request an exchange. If you would like to exchange it for the same item or one of comparable value, contact us and send the item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves prior to giving it to you, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and notify them of your return.

If you are shipping an item of substantial worth, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by current active rates set by United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.

Varying rates for desired method of shipping are determined at the time of purchase. The Grind Coffee Roasters does not set or change the set rates charged by shipping companies.

Free Shipping

Free standard value shipping is offered on all bulk orders of coffee or merchandise totaling $250 or more. The exception to this is when such orders require express/next-day service; regular rates for these methods will be applied at the time of your order.
