Shipping & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please include your proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In lieu of a refund, you may instead request an exchange. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Grind Coffee Roasters, 7 Simmonsville Rd., Suite 600, Bluffton, SC 29910, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves prior to giving it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Shipping rates are determined by active current rates set by UPS, Fed-ex and USPS shipping services.
Varying rates for desired method of shipping are determined at time of purchase. Grind Coffee Roasters does not set or change the set rates charged by shipping companies.
Free shipping is offered on all bulk orders of merch or coffee over $250.00. Exceptions are if Bulk coffee or merch orders require Express or next day service (then regular rates for these methods will be applied at time of order.)
